We visited the showroom and liked what we saw and our queries were answered. Adam and Bradley, our fitters, were very hard working, polite and very tidy. You get what you pay for and its worth it. We got a bath removed and replaced with a walk in shower suitable for an elderly person. The fitters were wonderful. Jim and James got great reviews from other customers of BMAS when we were researching contractors and I have to say they lived up to it. My husband who is usually very critical and sceptical of workmen in our house thought that they were great and did a great job and that I should 'write a letter to BMAS'. They were so patient with my elderly mother whose house they were working in and were so clean and tidy we had virtually nothing to do each night by way of cleaning up. Jim and James both worked really hard, arrived prompt every day and went the extra mile in making sure every detail was correct, every safety aspect considered, and the bathroom looks terrific. It may have seemed a pricey job when we got the estimate but the whole team who worked on it were great, they covered all bases, all trades, and we felt well supported by BMAS that it was worth paying top dollar for a top dollar standard of work. The fit out was a fraught few days, especially for an elderly person but the end result was worth all the hassle. If anyone reading this thinks the cost is excessive then you get what you pay for and in this case it was money well spent.

I am so pleased with the end result of… I am so pleased with the end result of the utility room refit, thank you for your management of the project and the arrangements for the work to be done . The organisation and planning by Lorraine and David meant that it was – all done for me! The electrician and floorer were excellent. Special mention for Simon’s the plumber’s hard work, which was so much appreciated, He not only sorted out plumbing and fitting a quadrant shower, he made layout suggestions for the rest of the room, adding work top and cupboard. His eye for detail and design was amazing and the standard of work was brilliant. He discussed the day’s schedule every morning and kept me informed of any changes or updates . He managed the work in record time but cut no corners and nothing was too much trouble for him. Very polite and cheerful, unobtrusively working away, he was self sufficient and a pleasure to have around. The end result is super and he is most certainly to be praised for his extremely hard work and talent. I shall certainly be recommending BMA !

Brilliant Service The service we received from BMAS was outstanding! Our home visit by Steve was excellent and there was no hard sell or pressure to buy tactics which we liked. After talking with Steve who explained the processes involved in updating our very old and tired bathroom & toilet into a modern wetroom, we instantly felt at ease and for us it was a no brainer. Steve then returned a few days later to do a site survey to check measurements and access etc and let us also choose fittings, floorings, cladding and to arrange a installation date. Our bathroom experts Adam & Bradley have got to be the most hard working bathroom fitters in the country. They we're friendly, courteous and always on time. They kept the place clean and tidy every day. We did have an few issues during the installation but these we're soon sorted and the quality of our wetroom is amazing. We would like to thank all at BMAS and the greater team for everything they did for us. Thank you - Mandy,Steve,John,Adam, Bradley,Ashley & the man who took all the rubbish away at the very end.

Delighted We are absolutely delighted with the reincarnation of our old bathroom into a modern, hygienic and safe wet room. Colin Hogg took on board all our requirements/needs and presented a well-planned design. There followed a hard-working friendly squad of various excellent tradesmen along with timely deliveries of all the necessary materials along with uplift of waste. Foremost were the wonderful duo of Jim and James, our formidable installation team. They arrived punctually at 8 every morning and kept on working hard and fast until the moment they left, always tidying and cleaning up first. They even stayed on late to finish on the last day. At times the bathroom looked like an archaeological dig (all a bit scary!), and it was hard to imagine how things were going to resolve themselves by the end of the week. But resolve themselves they did, and how! We are extremely grateful for the outstanding expertise and craftsmanship Jim and James brought to the job. In conclusion we feel particularly fortunate for the good company of Jim and James who didn’t stint in their efforts and went the “extra mile” which was very reassuring. BMAS’s service was most professional in every aspect – planning, administration, execution – and they completed the project to an exceptionally high standard on time. Transformation of a bathroom into a wet room. I was apprehensive about getting the work done although it was badly needed. Having everything completed today I don’t know why! From the planning stage with Colin to the completion of the work with Peter, Ryan and Sandy I cannot praise everyone enough. The products used are excellent and high quality. The staff are very skilled and knowledgeable of the products used. It takes account of my present needs as well as any future requirements. Every stage was explained as the work progressed. Care was taken to protect my house and carpets. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each working day, never mind at the end of the week. Lorraine in the office kept in touch before, during and at the end of the work to make sure I was happy with everything to that point. I cannot recommend this company enough. They have given me a wet room which has given me back my independence and improved my quality of life. The end result is beautiful and practical. It’s worth every penny as it adds to the value of my home as well as my life. I wish I had done it sooner!

More satisfield customers My wife and I are additional customers of BMAS who rate this company highly. We believe we were the first customers who visited the new Solihull showroom. The time from initial enquiry to completion was timely. Before the job started, we had a long session in the showroom choosing options. The workmen who completed the job were excellent, being tidy and efficient and were a pleasure to work with. They had a tremendously hard job getting the old floor up, but they persevered without complaint and overcame a few other minor hiccups that occur on any job of this size. They discussed any issues with us including where we wanted various items positioned and we had a post completion visit to ensure we were satisfied with the work. Will we recommend them? A superb job, THANK YOU I am delighted with alteration in the bathroom. The bath was removed and a fully enclosed shower cabinet expertly and precisely installed. The entire process was done within the scheduled time. At the end of each day the room was left clear of debris and clean. The designer listened carefully to the needs and suggestions of the owner and surveyed the layout of the utilities ensuring a design the would be trouble free and suitable for years to come. Mr and Mrs Towler We went into the BMAS showroom in Dobbies to ask about a shower however decided to go for a wet room. Our consultant, Colin, arrived on time and took us through all the work required. We agreed the contract and work started the following week. Our installation team were Jim and James. They worked constantly from the time they arrived until the time they left. On the last day they didn't finish until 7pm to ensure the job was complete. I would have no hesitation recommending BMAS. Their work ethic was second to none.

Professional from quote to completion Professional from quote to completion. The crew worked and acted professionally every single day. The crew made sure the work area and hallways were cleared up before going home and were very prompt when they returned in the mornings. As promised, our old bathroom was completely gutted and a replaced with a five star wetroom in FIVE DAYS. The BMAS salesman came by 3 days later to inspect the work and to ensure we were satisfied. Both times the sales person (Colin) was professional no hard sell or pressure out on you and plenty time to make your decision and choices of what you want. We Cannot Speak Highly Enough of BMAS We cannot speak highly enough of BMAS - from initial planning right through to our beautifully finished shower room we have been delighted with their attention to detail and high standards. We were talked through the process and every stage took place just as promised . Practically was not functioning right. Mr Collin Hogg. Took me through the journey of the specification, loan availability. Remodelled our shower room into a wet room and it was an excellent job carried out by a team of professional trades. Special in the team were Alan , Joiner and Willie , Plumber they spent most of there time on the project. Leigh was our BMAS adviser and we could not find fault with her recommendations and planning. Many thanks to the BMAS team for giving us a lovely walk in shower. It was in response to pressure from our daughters that we looked into replacing the shower over the bath with a safer arrangement and went to BMAS for advice. From the first discussion with Leigh to the completion of the work 10 days later the whole process was perfectly managed and executed. As some of the existing pipes under the bath are running over the floor, the shower tray had to be raised up a little but this was no problem for the two installers. As well as excellent tradesmen, they worked impressively hard, were polite and cleaned up each day finally leaving us with the shower we are now very much enjoying.

Our sales lady Leigh visited us and after a trip to the showroom to choose our fittings she returned and double checked all the measurements and firmed up our quote! Initially we were changing our ensuite shower room into a wet room and we could not be happier with the result. We now have a safe place for showering with no high steps to negotiate. It was then a no brainer to ask them to do our main bathroom. Both bathrooms were done by the same team and the workmanship is second to none. We discussed our requirements to cater for our diminishing mobility needs and listened to the suggestions made, following which we decided to take up the recommendations and have our bathroom turned into a wet room and our toilet renovated at the same time. At no time did we feel under any pressure, no hard sell whatsoever, just extremely helpful advice. Having received the quote later that day, we agreed to have the work done while we were on holiday; easier for the workmen to have the house to themselves and less stressful for us.
We came back to the most amazing transformation, with excellent workmanship throughout and a house left neat and tidy and clean. The workmen even watered our hanging baskets!
It has made things so much easier for us and we just love the transformation; we now have a bathroom and toilet to be proud of.

New Bathroom My bathroom was recently outfitted by BMAS.
From start to finish the experience was a positive one, with work being undertaken to schedule and for the quoted price.
The standard of the workmanship appears to be excellent. So far so good.
I hope that the guarantee/aftercare proves to be as good if and when it becomes necessary. I've tried to get a written statement to confirm guarantee arrangements but have been unsuccessful.
From start to finish the experience was a positive one, with work being undertaken to schedule and for the quoted price.

Positive: Professionalism , Punctuality , Quality , Responsiveness , Value My wife has a serious illness and was in hospital and in order to allow her to return home it was necessary to change the bathroom from a bath to a wet room to be able to provide bathing. The physio department in the hospital had a list of recommended installation companies of which BMAS was on that list. I phoned up on the 14th March and spoke to Nicola and she informed me that there was a slot available on the 28th March. Colin from BMAS arrived the following day carried out a thorough survey and work commenced as stated on the 28th March with Jim and Martin the installation experts arriving at 08.00 of that morning. The professionalism and work ethic of these two gentlemen was fantastic and they transformed the old and tired bathroom in 4 days and kept me informed throughout the whole installation work. I was told on the 30th March that the floor installers would be fitting the floor on the morning of 31st March and the electrician would follow to carry out the electrical work after the floor was installed. Jim and Martin then finished off the installation and completely cleaned up to the point that I had virtually no cleaning to do myself. From initial phone call to completion of the work to a very high standard took less than 3 weeks a credit to BMAS and to the installation team with special mention of Jim and Martin. When I took the photos of the installation to my wife in hospital she had tears in her eyes she was so happy that she would be able to come home.

"Highly recommend BMAS" "Facing age and health issues , we asked BMAS to survey our dated bathroom, having first visited their Edinburgh showroom at Dobbies and to suggest what might be best for us. Their advice was professional from the start with questions answered in detail before we made a final choice. During a 5-day instensive installation, the team consulted us when unexpected plumbing /joinery complications were revealed and involved us on how to resolve them. Their obvious experience and pro-approach meant we could fully trust their skills - yet when we saw the final result we were even more impressed than we'd expected! BMAS Bathroom = Outstanding! We’ve just had our bathroom recreated by the guys from BMAS. From the office staff to the tradesmen on site it’s been a great experience! I bet that there cannot be too many folk that can say that about getting a new bathroom fitted. From the outset we’ve received the very best possible service right up until the time of the new bathroom being handed over. All of the staff involved have been extremely professional at all times and the quality of work is second to none. The tradesmen even cleaned up after themselves as they went along with carpet protecting film going down before a single tool was lifted. The hoover could be heard several times through the job as the tradesmen lifted any dust or debris and kept the mess to an absolute minimum. Our house was back to normal within a couple of hours of the BMAS team heading for home.
Our only disappointment is that BMAS only do bathrooms. We'd have them back for any other building work - they were that good!

Recommend BMAS to fit a bathroom without hesitation. So glad we chose BMAS to put in my mother-in-law's new wet room. She was very apprehensive about going ahead. The bathroom was started and finished in the five days they said. The team of Imi and Kristian were first class. Had a lot of respect and patience with her. Disruption was kept to an absolute minimum and everything cleaned to a very high standard before they left. She now wishes she'd done this years ago. Would highly recommend BMAS to anybody considering a new bathroom.

Highly recommend I can’t explain how amazing from start to finish everyone has been from BMAS. Colin had a challenge on his hands with this shower room and nothing at all was hard work. He listened to everything we said and designed something beyond what we hoped for.
William, Tommy and team were just as fantastic they brought to life our vision to the highest of standard and we cannot thank them enough. Every single one of them were so helpful and considerate of my parents. My mum has a Walker and a very narrow hall and William helped her out over their work without a second thought and we can honestly say nothing was an issue for them even when it wasn’t their job. Fantastic service right from initial visit Fantastic service right from initial showroom visit though to the planning, fitting and post installation visit. We wanted something that would meet my elderly mother’s current needs & be future proofed. BMAS gave her a beautiful wet room which does not look like a disabled room. It gives us confidence that she is safe while she manages alone, but it is also suitable when she requires more support. All the people we’ve dealt with have been excellent. It was important to feel comfortable having the guys in the house. Respectful, skilled workers installing quality products, creating a beautiful finished room. We were kept informed all along what was happening, particularly during Covid precautions. Great range of products but also helpful advice on what would best suit your needs. It’s worth getting the experts involved as they ensure you get what you need now & in the future. Who knew there were different heights of toilets! So happy we opted for BMAS

Wet Room Conversion They converted an extremely small shower room in the downstairs utility annexe into a first class wet room for my wife who is a stroke survivor.
At all times the help and advice was excellent and the work crew could not have been more accommodating and flexible to ensure that everything completely suited our requirements.

BMAS converted our bathroom into a wet room.Lovely job done in agreed time. However after completion I decided additional grab bars were required. Asked to have them installed and was willing to pay but was told BMAS would do it without charge Great service!

Had BMAS install my wet room almost 3 years ago ,top class job carried out, noticed a small flaw with the floor last month, called the BMAS office to report this, within a few days they had a fitter attend the house to check the issue out. 1 week later they had the floor replaced. The after sales service is 1st class, great company, very professional work force, would highly recommend BMAS to anyone thinking about installing a wet room in their property.

From start to finish, our experience with BMAS was fantastic. The entire team were efficient, friendly, professional, understanding and caring. Arranging the appointment was easy and when Colin came to visit us, he really took a lot of time to explain what was possible and made recommendations to suit my parent's needs. He made sure that mum and dad were totally comfortable with what we were discussing and totally put them at ease. The 2 Peters that did the installation worked tirelessly and I was amazed at how much they achieved with minimal disruption and efficiency. During the course of the installation, a few issues cropped up - but they were not phased in the least and went ahead to fix the issues before installing the wet room. Their skill was always apparent and it was very clear that they take a lot of pride in completing a job to a high standard. Having a wet room installed had the potential to be a major stress and worry for my mum and dad, but BMAS took all that worry away and left them with a wonderful bathroom that works brilliantly for them and finished to a very high standard. Genuinely can't thank each and every one of the team enough. Highly recommended!!
